Paradiescamping Wolfgangsee
So that you know what to expect when you stay with us, here you will find everything you need to know about booking and staying at Paradiescamping on Lake Wolfgangsee.
Down payment
A deposit is required for a binding reservation. Your booking will only become valid once the deposit has been received. Once payment has been received, you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation.
The deposit will be credited to your final bill. Any deposits already paid will be deducted from the outstanding amount.
Exception: For last-minute reservations for the same day, arrival is on the day of the telephone reservation. In this case, no deposit is required.
General information
- The reserved camping pitch is available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Check-in: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m. (pitches are available from 1:00 p.m.)
Self-check-in: possible until 9:30 p.m. upon request
Check-out: 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. - For stays during the high season (July & August), a minimum stay of 7 nights applies, and in June, a minimum stay of 5 nights applies.
- Site rules apply to all camping pitches. Upon check-in, you will receive a map with information on the optimal positioning of your motorhome or caravan.
- We will take your pitch preferences or desired pitch numbers into account as far as possible. However, we cannot guarantee a specific pitch number.
- Camping with dogs is possible on request and only on selected pitches (at an additional cost).
- To protect the green areas, plastic groundsheets are not permitted on our pitches.
- Only the persons specified at the time of booking are permitted on the pitch. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional overnight guests with or without a vehicle or tent.
- Inviting additional persons to the pitch for several days or overnight is not permitted. Day visits are only permitted on request and after prior confirmation – this ensures peace and comfort for all guests.
Delayed arrival & early departure
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure (e.g. illness, bad weather, etc.), 50% of the price for the unused days will be charged.
For the Strandparadies, Kaiser and King Size pitch categories, 100% of the total price will be charged in this case.
Please inform us in good time if you are arriving late. If we do not receive notification, we reserve the right to allocate the pitch to someone else from the following day (12:00 noon).
For short-term bookings without a deposit, 50% of the unused days will also be charged in the event of early departure.
Card system
At check-in, every person aged 4 and above will receive a transponder card. You will need this card:
- to access the sanitary facilities
- to use the hot water in the showers
All transponder cards for a pitch have access to a shared shower credit. One shower unit per person per night is available free of charge. You can check your current credit balance at any time at the reading stations next to the entrances to the sanitary facilities.
For your information: unused shower minutes are automatically credited and remain valid. The available units can be allocated freely and do not have to be used every day.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 22 days before arrival: € 40 processing fee
- 21–7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price (excluding local tax)
- 7–0 days before arrival: 100% of the total price (excluding local tax)
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation or early departure.
