A deposit is required for a binding reservation. Your booking will only become valid once the deposit has been received. Once payment has been received, you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation.
The deposit will be credited to your final bill. Any deposits already paid will be deducted from the outstanding amount.
Exception: For last-minute reservations for the same day, arrival is on the day of the telephone reservation. In this case, no deposit is required.
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure (e.g. illness, bad weather, etc.), 50% of the price for the unused days will be charged.
For the Strandparadies, Kaiser and King Size pitch categories, 100% of the total price will be charged in this case.
Please inform us in good time if you are arriving late. If we do not receive notification, we reserve the right to allocate the pitch to someone else from the following day (12:00 noon).
For short-term bookings without a deposit, 50% of the unused days will also be charged in the event of early departure.
At check-in, every person aged 4 and above will receive a transponder card. You will need this card:
All transponder cards for a pitch have access to a shared shower credit. One shower unit per person per night is available free of charge. You can check your current credit balance at any time at the reading stations next to the entrances to the sanitary facilities.
For your information: unused shower minutes are automatically credited and remain valid. The available units can be allocated freely and do not have to be used every day.
